Program owner
Humans Together LLC (“Humans Together”) operates these SMS programs. Contact: hello@humanstogether.community.
Two separate SMS programs
Humans Together LLC runs two distinct SMS programs on behalf of the community you opted into. Each program has its own opt-in surface and you can be opted into either, both, or neither.
1. Transactional SMS
Message types: Order receipts, RSVP and session-booking confirmations, day-of reminders for things you’ve booked, sign-in links, and direct messages from your community’s steward about your account or a specific booking.
Frequency: Typically 0–3 messages per booked experience or transaction.
Opt-in: Providing your phone number on the sign-up form. Storing your phone is acknowledgement that we will use it for the transactional confirmations tied to actions you take.
2. Marketing SMS (promotional)
Message types: Event announcements, new offerings, and occasional offers from Humans Together LLC or the community you joined.
Frequency: Capped at 2 messages per week.
Opt-in: A separate, optional checkbox displayed alongside the phone-number field on the public sign-up form, labeled “Yes, also send me promotional SMS”. The checkbox is unchecked by default; you must explicitly check it to opt in. You can leave it unchecked and still receive transactional SMS. Consent to marketing SMS is not a condition of purchase or signup.
Carrier costs
Message and data rates may apply. Costs depend on your mobile carrier and plan. Humans Together does not charge you anything for SMS messages we send.
Opt-out
Reply STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT to any SMS we send to opt out. You will receive a single confirmation message and then no further SMS. To opt back in, reply START. You may also email hello@humanstogether.community or toggle SMS preferences on your profile page.
Help
Reply HELP to any SMS we send for assistance, or email hello@humanstogether.community.
